Healthy Recipe: Salmon Salad

Salmon SaladIngredients:
1 large (15 1/2 oz) can Salmon (drained and flaked)
2 tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
1 cucumber (peeled, seeded and diced)
2 green onions (chopped)
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoon low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise

Combine salmon, tomatoes, cucumber and green onions. Sprinkle pepper over the mixture and fold it in. Add the mayonnaise and garlic to the mixture. Chill before serving, and serve with crackers.
